THE INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN SETS FORTH YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE TRANSACTION(S) CONTEMPLATED FOR HEREBY. (1) Applicability of Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions (these "Terms") shall apply to your purchase of products and related services from LE Drones, LLC, whether through https://LEDrones.org/, https://FDDrones.org/, https://PSDrones.org/ or a mobile application (the "Sites"). These Terms are subject to change at any time without prior written notice by LE Drones, LLC (referred to herein as either “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The most recent version of these Terms shall be posted for your review at any time on the Site. Please review these Terms in their entirety prior to engaging in any transaction on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any posting of updated Terms (which shall be dated as of their most recent update) shall constitute your acceptance of and agreement to any changes therein made.
(2) Online Orders: When placing an order on our Site, you are effectively offering to purchase whatever products and services you select. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order in our own discretion. We will only accept or reject an order in its entirety. Should we elect to accept your offer, you will receive a confirming email at the email address that you provide at such time. Notwithstanding, we reserve the right to cancel any order once accepted by us (as evidenced by a confirming email) at any time in our sole discretion. Additionally, you have the option of cancelling your order (in its entirety only) at any time prior to our having sent to you the confirming email referenced herein.
(3) Payment Terms: All applicable prices are set forth alongside the goods and services offered on the Site. Such prices are subject to change at any time by us in our sole discretion. You will be responsible for the prices stated at the time of your transaction, as well as any: (i) sales, use, excise, and related taxes; and (ii) shipping and handling charges. Payment may only be made with a valid credit, debit card, or use of a bona-fide electronic payment provider (i.e., PayPal). By using any such card or payment provider, you are hereby representing and warranting your full right and authority to make such purchase in the manner elected without violating any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
(4) Shipping Information: It is our responsibility to ship your accepted order to you at the address you provide when making the order. You will be responsible for all associated shipping & handling charges. While we agree to use reasonable efforts to meet the shipping and delivery dates provided online, we shall not be responsible for any delays in shipments.
(4a) Shipping Times: Shipping times do not include the day the order ships. Orders only ship on business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed before 3PM EST and verified will ship same business day; after 3PM EST will ship next business day. “2-Day” and “Standard Overnight” options refer to business days (Monday-Friday). This does not apply to delays caused by acts beyond our control, such as acts of God, strikes, lockouts or disasters.
(5) Returns: We offer a 10-day ‘buyer’s remorse’ return policy.  If you, for any reason, are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund; provided: (i) the items(s) were not designated as non-returnable; (ii) your return is made within ten (10) days of delivery; (iii) the merchandise is returned in the same condition as originally received by you; (iv) the goods are not obsolete or discontinued; and (v) the goods must be accompanied by the packing slip included in your original order, as well as the original documentation and packaging Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the product and that the security tags are still attached. The product must not have been sized or altered in any way.  Opened and flown goods can be returned and must be in new working order (subject to our discretion).
(5a) Refunds:  Once the goods are received by us, we will refund your purchase price, less the original shipping & handling charges and a 20% re-stocking fee. All returns must be made pursuant to the specific return procedure specifically set forth on the Site (which can be found at: https://ledrones.org/store-policies/). You bear the risk of loss or damage during shipment (other than when returning non-conforming merchandise) and as such, you are advised to obtain appropriate insurance. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the applicable purchase.
(5b) Damaged Box or Damaged Products: If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), contact Customer Support no later than 5 business days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections. If there is extensive damage to the box, you should refuse delivery, and then contact Customer Support immediately at 610.304.3915.
(5c) Refusal of Delivery: If a package is refused for delivery, outside of arriving damaged or in a damaged box, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by us. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you.
(5d) Incorrect Shipping Address Provided: Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charge. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be reshipped will be subject to a reshipping fee. If the package is returned and the customer has not contacted Customer Support, then the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment.
(6) Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Service: Please review our Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use, which can be found at the following addresses respectively: https://ledrones.org/privacy-policy/ and https://ledrones.org/terms-and-conditions/. The Privacy Policy governs our processing of all personal information that we may collect from any person through the use of our Site. The Website Terms of Service governs your use of our Site in general.
(7) Representations & Warranties (R&Ws); Disclaimers; Limitations on Liability: 
(a) Buyer’s R&Ws: You represent and warrant to us as follows: (i) that you have the right to enter any transaction contemplated for hereby without violating these Terms, any applicable law, rule, or regulation, and/or any agreement with, or rights of, any third party; (ii) that you will use the goods and services provided hereunder exactly as authorized and never in any way that would violate any applicable law or third party right of any kind; and (iii) that you are buying the goods or services from the Site for solely your own use, and not for resale and/or export.
(b) MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY AND COMPANY’S DISCLAIMERS: We do not manufacture (or direct the manufacture of) any of the goods or services offered on our Site in any way. The availability on our Site of goods and services does not constitute an affiliation with or endorsement of any of the goods or services or their manufacturer. As such, subject to applicable law, we are providing the goods and services to you “as is” without express or implied warranties of any kind (including without limitation any: (i) warranty of merchantability; (ii) warranty of fitness for a particular purpose; (iii) warranty of title; or (iv) warranty against infringement of intellectual property rights of a third party, whether express or implied by law, course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade, or otherwise). They are, however, covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as detailed in in any product’s description on our Site and included with our delivery of the goods and services. You can avail yourself of any of the manufacturer’s warranties by following the instructions provided in their warranty agreement(s). You acknowledge and agree that under no circumstances shall we be liable for any breach of the manufacturer’s warranty claims and/or for any loss or damages that may arise out of the manufacturer’s failure to honor its warranty obligations to you.

(c) LIABILITY CAP: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL COMPANY’S OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID ON THE SITE FOR ANY GOODS OR SERVICES. ADDITIONALLY, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, REPUTATION, OR REVENUE, AND/OR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR OTHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSSES OF ANY KIND.

(8) Third Party Beneficiaries: These Terms are for your sole benefit and nothing herein, express or implied, is intended to or shall confer upon any other person or entity any legal or equitable right, benefit, or remedy of any nature whatsoever under or by reason of these Terms.
(9) Force Majeure: Company shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance caused by activities or factors beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, war, weather, strikes, floods, lockouts, fires, acts of God, terrorism, and/or delivery, vendor, supplier, or other third party delays, non-performance, or failures of any kind.
(10) Assignment: Company may assign or otherwise transfer any or all of its rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, to any third party in its sole discretion. You may not assign any of your rights or delegate any of your duties hereunder at any time without our prior written consent in each instance, and any attempt to do so shall be null and void.
(11) Partial Invalidity: In the event that any part or portion of these Terms is deemed to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
(12) Governing Law/Binding Arbitration: 
(a) Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
(b) Binding Arbitration: Subject to subsection (c) below and all applicable laws, you are agreeing to give up: (i) your right to litigate any claims that may arise hereunder in court or before a jury; and (ii) your right to consolidate any claim and/or participate in any class-action claim that may arise hereunder in any manner or forum. Instead, any claim, dispute, or controversy of any kind or nature arising hereunder which cannot be amicably resolved by us shall be solely and finally settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its commercial arbitration rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitration shall take place before a panel of three arbitrators sitting in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitrators will be bound to adjudicate all disputes in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be in writing with written findings of fact and shall be final and binding on the parties. Company shall bear all of its own costs, as well as your reasonable outside attorneys’ fees, actually incurred in connection with any such arbitration proceedings; provided, however, that if we are the prevailing party, we shall be entitled to reimbursement for those amounts that were expended on your behalf. With respect to any arbitration hereunder, as stated above, you hereby expressly waive any right to consolidate any claim and/or participate in any class-action claim of any kind or nature. This Section (12) provides your sole recourse for the settlement of any disputes arising out of, in connection with, or related to these Terms. If any provision of this clause is found unenforceable, such unenforceable provision will be removed and the remaining terms will be enforced.
 (13) No Waivers: Our failure to enforce any of our rights hereunder will not constitute a waiver of our right to make such enforcement in the future, subject to applicable law.
(14) Notices: We may provide notices hereunder to you by: (i) email; (ii) regular mail; or (iii) posting them on the Site. You shall be responsible for ensuring that you have provided us with your current email and mailing addresses. (15) Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the confirmation email referenced in Section (2) above, any instructions that we provide you with relating to any product or service you obtain from us through the Site (including without limitation any license agreement), and our Site’s ‘Terms of Use’ and ‘Privacy Policy,’ shall, collectively, be deemed a final and integrated agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof.

LE DRONES, LLC TERMS OF SERVICE

	These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of mobile applications (“Apps”), Internet websites (“Websites”) or other methods of accessing any of the services (collectively, the “Service”) offered by LE Drones, LLC (referred to in these Terms as “LE Drones”, “we” or “us”). By accessing the Service on any of our platforms, you warrant and represent that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions stated herein, and you agree to be legally bound by them.  If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions in this policy, do not use the Service.

Conflict Between the Terms of Service and Other Policies

If there is a conflict between the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, then the Privacy Policy shall control. If there is a conflict between the Terms of Service and any other policies displayed on the Apps or Websites (for example, the Store Policies or policies regarding shipping and returns of purchased items), then the Terms of Service shall control. Revisions to the Terms of Service
These Terms may be updated from time to time and will be accessible at https://LEDrones.org/ and via other platforms that we may operate now or in the future.  Your use of the Service following changes being posted constitutes your agreement to any and all changes. The terms of our Privacy Policy are deemed to be incorporated herein.
Accounts 
Accounts on the Service are available only to persons of legal age to form a binding contract and who are not barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States of America (U.S.A.) or of other jurisdictions in which we operate. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO REGISTER, ACCESS AND USE ANY SERVICE PROVIDED BY LE Drones. IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 18, DO NOT USE LE DRONES’ SERVICES FOR ANY PURPOSE.
By registering an account, you represent that you 1) are a person of legal age to form a binding contract; 2) are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States of America (U.S.A.) or of other jurisdictions; and 3) accept this Agreement. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.  You are liable for all activities conducted through the Account. 
It is your responsibility to keep your account access restricted to you individually. Your account is only allowed to be used by you individually and not shared with any other individuals or entities. Contact us immediately if you believe that your password or other account information has been compromised or taken.

Registration
To create an account, you must register to use the Service. To register, you must provide your full name and e-mail address, and select a user name. User names shall not: a) contain profanity or defamatory or derogatory remarks in any language; b) infringe on the rights of any person, whether living or dead; c) contain names of celebrities or media personalities; or d) violate trademarks.  Upon registration, you must choose a password. You are also required to provide complete and accurate user information. We strive to respect your privacy by only requiring that you provide your name and an e-mail address; however, you may provide additional information upon registration. As a condition of using the Service, you agree that all user information you provide will be accurate. If you provide inaccurate information, your account may be terminated. 
Ownership
Service Content
All aspects and content provided as part of the Service (“Service Content”) is our property, with the exception of User Content (see below).  Service Content may not be modified, copied, distributed, reproduced, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. Provided that you are eligible to use the Service, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Service and the Service Content and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Service Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep all copyright or other proprietary notices intact. You may not upload or republish Service Content on any Internet site, on any other public or private site, or incorporate the information in any other database. Such license is subject to these Terms. Any use of the Service or of the Service Content other than as specifically authorized herein, without our prior written permission, is strictly prohibited. Unless expressly provided herein, nothing in the Terms shall be construed as conferring any license to intellectual property rights. This license is revocable at any time without notice and with or without cause.
User Content
The Service enables user-submitted content, and encourages you to share content through the Service (for example, reviews of products which you have purchased). Any content uploaded by you is “User Content”. You may have certain intellectual property rights in the content that you upload.  By enabling the content you upload to be accessed by the Service, you are giving us a broad license to use your content.  Specifically, you grant us a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Service), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service and to create new services if we so choose. This license continues even if you stop using the Service (an example of this would be if you stop using the Service and have not deleted your User Content). Accessing the Service
You are not to do any of the following, unless we have given you our express prior written permission:

•	You will not attempt to use, use, or alter, any non-public areas of the Service or of the computers, networks, or delivery systems of either us or of our service providers.
•	You will not circumvent or attempt to circumvent any of our security measures. This includes, but is not limited to, probing, scanning, or otherwise testing our systems for vulnerabilities.

Release of Personal Information
It is our policy to release a user’s personal identifying information and any other information when we reasonably believe such disclosure is appropriate to comply with applicable law, to enforce any of our contracts or agreements, to protect the rights, property or safety of our users and customers, in response to a governmental authority request or legal process, or for purposes of fraud protection. By accepting this Agreement you waive all rights and agree to hold ledrones.org harmless from any claims resulting from any action taken by ledrones.org during or as a result of its investigations and/or from any actions taken as a consequence of investigations by either ledrones.org or law enforcement authorities.
Accuracy of the Service
We rely on User Content, but cannot guarantee the accuracy of such content. Despite our efforts and those of our users, User Content could potentially contain inaccurate information or content.
Termination
We may suspend or remove your account and your right to use the Service immediately and without notice (and to cancel any orders placed by you) for any of the following reasons, which are not all-inclusive and are to be broadly construed:  
•	If you violate any provision of the Terms.
•	If you infringe any intellectual property rights.
•	If we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us.
•	If we reasonably believe that you are using the Service (including but not limited to ordering goods via the Service) to engage in illegal activity.
•	If you engage in behavior which we, at our sole discretion, determine is inappropriate, disrespectful of others	, offensive and/or infringes upon the use and enjoyment of others. 
•	If you cause an unreasonable burden on either the operation of the Service or access to the Service.
•	As required by law.
If we terminate this Agreement as above provided, you will lose access to your account. In the event that we terminate your account, you agree that we will not be liable to you for financial compensation or any non-financial remuneration.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Without limiting the foregoing, we do not ensure that the Service will be continuous, error-free, secure or free of malware or viruses. Access to the Service is not guaranteed. You agree to assume the risk as to the results and performance of the Service on your hardware and software, and you assume the entire cost of all servicing, repair and/or correction of your hardware and software. 
Liability 
YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR COMPLIANCE WITH ANY APPLICABLE LAWS, RULES, STATUTES, ORDINANCES, AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING YOUR PURCHASE AND USE OF UNAMANNED ARIAL VEHICLES (UAVs).  SPECIFICALLY, YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A LICENSE IN ORDER TO OPERATE A UAV.  IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR YOUR FAILURE TO FOLLOW APPROPRIATE SAFETY PROCEDURES FOR ANY GOODS THAT YOU PURCHASE FROM US, OR FOR YOUR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY APPLICABLE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS GOVERNING YOUR PURCHASE AND USE OF UAVs.  Any resources and links that we provide via the Services are for convenience only and do not constitute legal advice, or an endorsement of any people or organizations. 

YOU AGREE THAT LEDRONES.ORG, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, LICENSEES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE OR INCOME, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, EVEN IF LEDRONES.ORG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, SUCH DAMAGES WERE REASONABLY FORESEEABLE OR LEDRONES.ORG WAS GROSSLY NEGLIGENT. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COLLECTIVE LIABILITY OF LEDRONES.ORG AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTENT PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE), EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO LEDRONES.ORG FOR THE APPLICABLE GOODS OR SERVICES OUT OF WHICH SUCH LIABILITY AROSE. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, and, as such, some portion of the above limitation may not apply to you. Severability

Each provision of the Terms shall be interpreted in such a manner as to be valid, legal and enforceable. A determination that any provision of the Terms is for any reason invalid, illegal, or unenforceable shall not affect the validity of the Terms and any other provisions herein, and the Terms shall be interpreted and construed as if such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provisions were not contained herein. 

Waiver and Amendment

No breach of any provision of the Terms can be waived by us unless in writing. Waiver of any one breach shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any other breach of the same or any other provision of the Terms.

Paragraph titles or captions contained in the Terms are used for convenience or reference only and are not intended to and shall not in any way enlarge, define, limit, extend or describe the rights or obligations of you or us or affect the meaning or construction.

Binding Arbitration
Subject to all applicable laws, you are agreeing to give up: (i) your right to litigate any claims that may arise hereunder in court or before a jury; and (ii) your right to consolidate any claim and/or participate in any class-action claim that may arise hereunder in any manner or forum. Instead, any claim, dispute, or controversy of any kind or nature arising hereunder which cannot be amicably resolved by us shall be solely and finally settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its commercial arbitration rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitration shall take place before a panel of three arbitrators sitting in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitrators will be bound to adjudicate all disputes in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be in writing with written findings of fact and shall be final and binding on the parties. Company shall bear all of its own costs, as well as your reasonable outside attorneys’ fees, actually incurred in connection with any such arbitration proceedings; provided, however, that if we are the prevailing party, we shall be entitled to reimbursement for those amounts that were expended on your behalf. With respect to any arbitration hereunder, as stated above, you hereby expressly waive any right to consolidate any claim and/or participate in any class-action claim of any kind or nature. This Binding Arbitration clause provides your sole recourse for the settlement of any disputes arising out of, in connection with, or related to these Terms.

	LE DRONES, LLC (“we” or “us”) is committed to respecting your privacy.  Please read the following privacy policy (“Policy”) to understand what information we collect from you, how we protect such information, and how you can choose to limit or change what information we collect.  This Policy governs any services, including websites and mobile applications, provided by LE Drones, LLC, https://LEDrones.org/, https://FDDrones.org/ and https://PSDrones.org/ (collectively, “LE Drones Services”). In addition, some of the services provided by LE Drones ask a visitor to provide additional information.  We require a minimum of information to be provided, which varies depending on the specific service (for further details, see the “Personally Identifiable Information Collected From You” section of this Privacy Policy).  When you submit information through LE Drones (for example, when you sign up for a user account, sign up for notifications, or sign up to receive LE Drones’ e-mail communications), we also automatically collect information regarding your device, IP address, and country or region.  We collect this information to prevent the misuse of our services by visitors or bots, so that we can provide accurate information to our users.

3.0 	Personally Identifiable Information Collected from You

User-Provided Information for Communications Services.
https://LEDrones.org/ provides services which may ask for or require certain user-provided information.  These services may include newsletters and other electronic communications.  The user-provided information we request may include (for example) your name, e-mail address, phone number, or other user-provided information, depending on the service being provided.  

Automated Notifications
	In order to receive automated notifications from LE Drones, you must provide contact information appropriate for the selected notification platform.  For example, if you are requesting text messaging notification on a mobile device, we would require your mobile phone number, and if you are requesting e-mail notifications, we would require your e-mail address.

Information Regarding Your Purchases from Us
	When you view or purchase items for sale on our site, we collect and/or track:

•	Products you’ve viewed (so that we can show you products which you’ve recently viewed, and so that we can analyze which products are of interest to our users).
•	Your geographic location, shipping address, IP address, and type of Internet browser (so that we can estimate the cost and timeframe for shipping or the amount of taxes owed for the product, and so that we can analyze the usage patterns of our website).
•	Information that you’ve provided to us as part of the purchase transaction, such as your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. 

Social Networking
As a convenience to you, LE Drones may provide you with access to external communication nodes and third party social networks, such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, iMessage, and others.  In general, this will be through a sharing interface or link provided on one of the website’s pages.   When you share information with a social networking application or site, you could disclose information (for example, your name, picture, location, friends, or other personal details) that could become public knowledge.  You agree that your usage of such social networks is done at your sole risk and that we would be unable to guarantee your privacy.

Videos and Other Embedded Content
	This site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.) originating from third parties.  Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if you had visited these other websites.  These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.  In some situations, such tracking by another website can occur even if you are not logged in to an account on that website.

Comments and Posts
If you add a comment or a post (i.e., an article) to the website, the comment/post and its metadata are retained indefinitely. For comments, this is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.  For posts, this is that we can track the usage of the site, and ensure that posts are shared by authorized users and do not violate the Terms of Service of the site.  If you are have a user account on the site and are logged in to that account when you add a comment or a post, we also store the personal information linked to your user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception of their username, which they cannot change). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

4.0	Device and Location Information

Data Tracking
	We may rely on cookies, pixels, tags, beacons, local storage, and other related technology to track and retain user, device, and website activity, mainly to do the following: (a) identify the unique id numbers and IP addresses of various devices and browsers; (b) retain user activity logs, inputs, clicks, and related data; (c) analyze user preferences and behavior; and (d) help us improve our products and services.  We make reasonable efforts to honor the “do not track” settings on users’ devices.

Photographs and Videos
	Ledrones.org may allow users to submit photographs or videos to our site. However, to provide such a feature, we will need permission to access the photographs or videos on your computer or mobile device. If you do not grant us this permission, LE Drones will not access them, and you will not be able to upload photographs or videos. If you upload photographs or videos, these may include additional descriptive data (metadata) by default.  Your computer or mobile device may provide you with the ability to remove this metadata from the photograph or video before you share it with us.  If you do not remove this metadata, it will be stored by us along with your photograph or video.

5.0	Service Information Storage and Personal Information Retention

	The services provided by LE Drones are provided by LE Drones, LLC, which is  located in the United States of America.  When you provide us with personal information, including your name, e-mail address and other information, you agree that we may store, process, export, or otherwise access this information on servers located outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”).  You also agree that we may share your information with our business partners, vendors, or advertisers.

	We will retain your information for as long as we consider necessary for the purposes stated in our Privacy Policy. We will also retain and use your information for as long as is required in order to comply with our legal obligations (for example, we may be required to retain your data in order to comply with the tax laws of various jurisdictions).

6.0	How Your Information is Used

	We will not sell, rent or lease your personally identifiable information to others (such as your name and e-mail address) without clearly disclosing such intentions in an updated version of this Policy. 9.0	Keeping Your Personal Information Secure

	We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorized way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it. We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.


10.0	Necessary Disclosures

	In situations where it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, violations of the Terms of Service, or to otherwise comply with the law, we will do so.
