RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We offer a 10-day ‘buyer’s remorse’ return policy. Unopened boxes can be returned with no questions asked. Opened and flown product can be returned and must be in new working order (subject to our discretion). Opened boxes will incur a 20% restocking fee. Please send an email with your order details and/or reason for return to: email@example.com
The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by the packing slip included in your order, as well as the original documentation and packaging; otherwise the return will not be honored.
Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the product and the security tags are still attached. The product must not have been sized or altered in any way.
• Damaged Box or Damaged Product: If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), contact a Customer Support no later than 5 business days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact a Customer Support immediately at 610.304.3915.
• Refusal of Delivery: If a package is refused for delivery, outside of arriving damaged or in a damaged box, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by LEDrones.org. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you.
• Incorrect Shipping Address Provided: Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charge. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be reshipped will be subject to a reshipping fee. If the package is returned and customer has not contacted a customer support the order will then be refunded back to the original form of payment.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
LEDrones.org ships to all U.S. destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico & the U.S. Virgin Islands. We work with various companies to ensure that you get the best rate possible for your shipping needs. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Contact us to get specific rate quotes.

Shipping times do not include the day the order ships. Orders only ship on business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed before 3PM EST and verified will ship same business day; after 3PM EST will ship next business day. “2-Day” and “Standard Overnight” options refer to business days (Monday-Friday). This does not apply to delays caused by acts beyond LEDrones.org’s control, such as acts of God, strikes, lockouts or disasters. LEDrones.org reserves the right to cancel or suspend this offer should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or the proper conduct of the offer. LEDrones.org reserves the right to disqualify any order found to be disrupting the operation of the offer or website.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
LEDrones.org takes reasonable precautions to protect our users’ information. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the Secure Socket Layers (SSLs) encryption software. Our store is hosted on GoDaddy.com that provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products and services to you. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
While on a secure page, such as our order form, a lock icon appears on the top area directly to the left of our web site name in your Web browser. When you are not on a secure page, no lock icon will appear. In addition, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment under restricted access.
